Technician: Maintenance
Reporting to the Manager: Maintenance, the incumbent will be required to
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting in the training of staff including apprentices and support workers in all aspects of their duties and responsibilities and to pass on “site knowledge” and skills.
- Fit and assemble structural frameworks as per the blueprint specification including but not limited to materials, hand tools, welding equipment etc.
- Responsible for the maintenance, overhaul and repair of machinery and equipment.
- Responsible for the day to day tasks including and not limited to; fitting and assembling parts and subassemblies, manufacturing repairing and inspection of machinery and equipment, require occasional hot work such as welding.
- Responsible for planned preventative (proactive) maintenance routines, inspections and commissioning tests in accordance with legislative, regulatory and Company specific policies and procedures.
- To liaise with the Manager Maintenance regarding plant and/or equipment failures and to request the supply of goods and/or services as necessary to ensure rectification of the fault.
- Accurate fault detection on the different machinery and equipment on site
- Repair a variety of electrical machinery and equipment
- Implement and record preventative maintenance schedule
- Plan, execute and record maintenance on schedule.
- Machinery and metal part dismantling, fitting and assembling in line with specifications.
- Employee is required to do stock take as and when required.
- Employee is required to perform housekeeping duties as per Health and Safety regulations
- Employee will perform fumigation duties as and when required.
- Ad-hoc duties according to specification as and when required.
Qualification and Preferred Traits
The successful candidate must have:
- Technical Trade or National Training Certificate
- 4 – 5 years ‘experience.
- Code B Namibian driver’s license.
- Be prepared to work odd hours and overtime when required.
- Be prepared to work shifts.

Staff Bus: Driver
Reporting to the Controller: Fleet, the incumbent will be required to:
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that the vehicle is clean and tidy.
• Perform a daily vehicle inspection before and after shift as per the SOP document.
• Report all defects on vehicle as soon as possible to management by indicating it on check list and in specific to the Controller: Fleet
• Maintain MDC log books on a daily basis and submit log sheet / documentation to the Controller: Fleet on first day of each month.
• Drive the Company’s vehicle in a safe, legal and a professional manner
• Drive and execute according to the set routes and timetable or approved additional routes,
• Be time management orientated
• Report any situation that may cause delays of any route
Qualification and Preferred Traits
The successful candidate must have:
• Grade 12 with at least Four years experiences
• Must have a minimum of a CE driver’s license
• Valid driving licence and public driving permit

Accountant: Management & Cost
Position is responsible for assisting in establishing and maintaining the costing aspect of the ERP
database for the various operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with review and audit BOM’s (Bill of Material) to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing
practices, updating standard costs as required. - Interact with the production department to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to
date. - Assist in the development of operating budgets and forecasts.
- Review and analyse data related to manufacturing and operating variances
- Review and reconciliation of the monthly wheat and maize import, producer and processor levies.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the Board as directed by the Head: Finance.
